The Arizona Wild Cats are not too happy about the call the referee made on the wild play that led to the go-ahead touchdown for the Washington Huskies.

With 2:37 remaining in the game QB Nick Foles threw a short pass to receiver Delashaun Dean. The ball, according to the referee, bounced off of Dean’s shoe and landed right on the hands of Huskies LB Mason Foster. Foster returned the ball 37 yards for the touchdown and the 36-33 lead.

Video shows the ball may have actually hit the turf first as the video shows the black rubbery pieces of the turf flying in the air.

On Monday the Pac-10 confirmed the officials were right not to overturn the call as there was not enough video evidence to do so.

Did the referee make the right call initially?
